Contract progress that requires Exfil sometimes progresses without exfil

Description of Issue - I equipped the "Spoils of War II" grey contract from Arachne, and it progressed the "Exfil weapons and cores" part of its requirement even though me and my team all got eliminated. None of us exfilled, though we did pick up weapons and cores. We were on Perimeter. The progress that shouldn't have been granted persisted across runs.
