CyAc Repeatable Contract Disabled (Can't Adapt: Can't Fight I)

Description of issue: CyAc Repeatable Contract "Can't Adapt: Can't Fight I" was replaced with a message displaying "ONI has disabled this contract until further notice". Unable to reroll or reset the contract. I am not on the ROOK shell, I have tried restarting the game and switching between other quests and shells.
Rough date & time: Contract was there last night and seemingly working (March 13, around 1am EST) and it is now missing today (March 13 around 3:30pm EST).
Repro steps: I am unable to reproduce the error as I am unable to clear/reroll the contract.
