Missing Twitch Drops Follow up

Hello, 

I am creating a second post since my original essentially went ignored by what seemed to be an automated response.

I created and linked my account before the Twitch drops went through, and Twitch has stated that it is no longer on them but on the game developers to provide the rest of the drops to my account. It seems extremely poorly managed and unreasonable to not be able to provide accounts with their drops, should they be earned by a user, especially since the accounts are linked and (presumably) can be viewed by Bungie. I am looking for my Bingus emblem, sticker, and banner, as well as my longshot skin. 
I know many other players are experiencing similar issues as well. I am looking for these to be added to my account, not returned to the "Twitch Drops" page that Bungie has provided. I have already read that. I believe my account was activated and linked before the drops, and I have followed the troubleshooting provided by Bungie multiple times.

I would greatly appreciate some actual help, or my rewards being given to my account.

    First, please know that there are no automated responses on this Help Forum; my colleagues and I post the replies that you see. 

    Second, regarding the Twitch Drops, if you're certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that your account was correctly linked and the drops have been correctly claimed on your end, then you're likely affected by some issues that we're looking into where players are not receiving their Marathon Twitch drops despite going through all of the appropriate steps. If this is indeed the case for you, please know the team is aware and looking into the situation, and we thank you for your patience in the meantime.

    That is leaps and bounds more helpful than the response I received prior, and I can be patient waiting for the resolution of the issues.
