Missing twitch drops

Here is a template on what information you can provide to make your report as impactful as possible for our team.

  • Bungie Account Name - Solace#2449,
  • Platform - Steam
  • Description of Issue - I have watched and claimed twitch drops on my account, but they aren't showing up in my account. As per images shown I have earned and claimed my twitch drops, but they show in game only partially. I was able to get the following: "White & Purple Weapon, Graffiti Bingus Sticker, Graffiti Bingus Background, Graffiti Bingus Emblem". But the first 4 don't show up (Twitch Engine Weapon Skin, GLOWworm Weapon Sticker, WEAVEworm Background, SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit).

 

I have already contacted Twitch support and nothing seems out of order. So they answered me to contact the developer of the game. Since we don't have a ticketing system I believe this is the next best way to get them.

 

Hopefully somebody can help me, thanks in advance!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page.

    If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:

    Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned.

    If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Marathon Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear.

    Unearned Marathon Twitch Drops will not appear on this page.

    If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.

    We're also aware of some issues with players not receiving their Marathon Twitch drops despite going through all of the above steps. If this is the case for you, please know the team is aware and looking into the situation, and we thank you for your patience in the meantime.

  • I'm sorry, but it seems there's not a "Missing Twitch Rewards" or "Refresh" button on my end.

    I can't see the drops in the partner rewards page, but I can't claim them again in my Twitch inventory since I've already done so and the period of the drop has ended. 

    If the team is already looking into this, no problem.

    How long am I supposed to wait before opening another forum thread, if they won't be appearing?
