Recon | Tracker Drone tracks poorly

- Description of Issue - Recon's Track Drone pathing is 50% bonked. Sometimes it comes over and blows up and damages to me. Sometimes I throw it directly at an enemy Runner and does a marathon away from the target. Other half of the time it works as I'd imagine intended. It's one of my favorite Shells so this issue is very noticeable for someone that plays her a lot.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Since release (not being facetious but it seems to be a consistent issue).
- Repro steps - Observing the pattern of the Tracker Drone in various situations (against a solo Runner, solo UESC, groups, etc.)
