Bug Report: Unable to load in with Rook
No matter how many times I try to load up with Rook on my Xbox the load time takes 5-10 min and when I'm in the game for 1 second it immediately drops the connection and I get an error page.

We understand that you're unable to load into a run using Rook. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. Given the connection drops, you may wish to see if Network Troubleshooting helps to alleviate this issue.
If the issue persists, then please consider linking us to a screenshot of the error you are seeing. We'll then review, and see what else we can hopefully suggest.
