MIDA Contract issue: Order/Chaos - Credentials Under Vehicle

Issue: Credentials spawned under nearby vehicle/forklift.
Around 11:00PM EST, my team and I spawned the commander in to defeat and take the credentials. We had set down a claymore and I threw out my Recon drone. We shot them as they spawned and when they landed, the commander and other UESC died from explosions. We then couldn't find the credentials, so we listened and tried to find it only to see that it had been thrown under a nearby vehicle, soft-locking us out of being able to complete the contract.

Bungie! You gotta fix this. I've done this mission 4 times and each time the commander doesn't drop the credentials. C'mon bungie
