UESC frozen & not taking damage for extended period of time then respawning (video included)

Description of issue: Several UESC bots on the roof of Quarantine were immune to taking damage for an extended period of time. They later respawned in a nearby location and scared the jesus out of me :(

Following OP —
Since latest update, UESC bots spawn on roof of Dormitories, following exfil spawn. They're immortal and will not take damage from guns or claymores
Has happened on multiple runs

i encountered this bot too, in outpost between orientation and flight control, stuck between boxes
