Wiggling, glitching UI Elements
There is an unintended glitching effect all over the opening Playstation Studios cinematic as well as in-game UI elements. I've only seen one other person on the internet complain about the same thing, and he made a post on reddit about it. He has a 5090, I have a 4090, so it may be specific to nvidia hardware. He fixed his by turning the PC off and then back on, apparently, but I have only been able to solve it by turning off HDR.

If the issue happens consistently under the circumstances you described, could you please capture a video that shows the issue occurring and it to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here? Additionally, please provide detailed system specs for your PC and any other details you can think of regarding this so we have the full picture.

Thank you. Also, because I'm sure it will be relevant, before coming here I did try updating to the latest Nvidia drivers (I was on the previous one from the beginning of March right before that) and the issue still persisted.
I currently have the same issue. exact same as video posted by OP but using a 4060. changed graphics settings updated drivers reinstalled older drivers restarted PC no luck. the UI is still wiggling/shimmering.
