DISCONNECT
Hello, I was doing the outpost quest for Parasitism and I mainly play solo I made almost all the steps even killed 2 players so I was set for the game when I opened the pinwheel door disconnected me all the ads spawned guess what I reconnected and I'm being finished by bots, my loot is gone the quest progress is gone is there any solution? at least to have my loot back?? I have a video of it but I cannot attach videos here.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you disconnected when entering one of the doors. While sadly we are unable to recover loot that isn't automatically returned, to help mitigate any future disconnects we'd encourage you to try out our Network Troubleshooting Guide.
Hello, Please don't give this automatic reply by a bot thing and mark this issue as resolved, let's not pretend bungies doesn't have disconnect problems since destiny 1. I was literally watching a stream and on a discord server and nothing disconnected and how is it my connection issue if i literally reconnected a minute later?
I love the game but this won't set well with me and I'm sure I'm not the only one this issue happened to, you can check my matchmaking history and see that i reconnected, it's not my connection it's your servers, your issue not mine, not from my side at least.
I don't mind not getting the loot back but at least don't shift the blame man or compensate in any other way even credits or whatever. I didn't care about the loot as much as I was going to complete the quest first try since I play solo.
I will not forget this, especially the part where the blame was shifted to be mine.

Anyways if it's not possible to do anything I know I sounded aggressive I don't mean it in bad manners, but anyways keep this error into consideration for the future because it will happen and in other games it can be ignored but in a game like this? it cannot so I hope my message reaches the right person.
and by the way i checked the error code which isn't applicable to my situation no one tried to log in to my account, I'm not banned and I don't cheat in video games thankfully, so I don't know why this error happened just please devs do your best to minimize it I hope a human is reading this so have a good day.

Same thing all night.It seems like since the update all it does is disconnect.Sometimes I'll get in a game and try to open crates and stuff.And it will show me what's in there, but it will not let me grab it. I especially love when you guys disconnect me. And then when we reconnect, we're either dead or being shot at it's like, dude. Just give us the option to not go back in the game. So we can just have all our stuff, or don't just give us the stuff we went in there with. But since this update, I have been disconnected nine times tonight before the update I had one disconnect, and I played twenty three plus hours already. Play three hours tonight, disconnected nine times it's insane.
Also, tonight I have got in some games where some weird stuff happens right off the bat and it seems like they'll kill everybody on the team.But then, when we done at the at the end, it says they killed like two runners but there'll be like nine dead bodies crazy. Last game tonight, somebody killed 4 people which I thought was weird. There was four bodies to loot, but then at the end it said only two runners had been killed and the whole time it was glitchy and I disconnected twice.
