  We understand that you're unable to turn off your mic. This does sound odd to us. So that we can investigate what may be causing this effectively, please share the following details with us when possible:

  • The platform you play on.
  • The model of microphone you're using.
  • The approximate date and time you first noticed this on.
  • A link to a short videoclip demonstrating the issue.
  • If certain steps are required to reproduce this, then please break them down for us.
