Missing half the server slam twitch drops

I have claim all 4 of the server slam twitch drop, the weapon skin, the worm background, the weapon sticker and the emblem, but so far I've only received the sticker and the emblem, I have yet to receive the weapons skin and the background. I have connected both my twitch and steam to my bungie.net account since I've received two drops so I would like to know what to do, thank you.
