Missing server slam cosmetic twitch drops

I received the worm sticker Twitch drop immediately after launch as well as the server slam gear packages. I have also received all of the second batch of twitch drops. I have yet to receive the cool green worm banner cosmetic as of 3/10/26 despite being claimed on my twitch page at the same time.

We are aware of the issue with this Twitch Drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
If you have not already, please view our help page for Twitch Drops to verify that your account was both linked correctly, and linked no less than 12 hours prior to the start of the Marathon Twitch Drop event so that your connection was active in time for the event.
I am in your exact same boat. I don't have the weapon skin or banner but I got the profile picture and the Glow Worm sticker.
