Disconnected from Game and Can't Rejoin.
Was playing with friends. Game suddenly crashed, when prompted to reconnect I chose to rc, but didn't and got into main menu. Restarting the game won't help. Is it possible to get the loot back?

We understand that you experienced a disconnection. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an incident. If you haven't done so yet, you may wish to perform Network Troubleshooting, as that often helps to prevent incidents such as this one.
If you continue to experience incidents such as this, then please let us know if particular actions appear to reproduce the incident, and whether you see any error codes. We'll then review. Regarding your loot, please note the following from the linked troubleshooting guide: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
I didn't disconnect because of issues on my end. My internet was working while I DCd, so it wasn't client side. I was still communicating in Discord. Furthermore, when prompted to reconnect, I wasn't able to. Please make this reviewed by a human, thank you.
