This same issue just occurred. I used my 10 re-rolls soon after the game came out. I have been waiting for the refresh. Instead of receiving ten new rolls I have a 167h countdown.
Having the same issue. Used my contract rerolls with the countdown supposedly ending today, but now I just have another week cooldown instead of getting my rerolls back.
I am having the EXACT same issue as everyone else. My TRAXUS faction reroll counter is still at zero, AFTER the reset timer passed 0 and RESET i got NO rerolls. There are a few reddit posts about this issue as well. Did anyone have a success in resetting the re rolls count back to 10?
