PlayStation Direct Marathon Collector's Edition: Digital Products codes invalid (Zero Step emblem, Zero Step background)
I ordered the Marathon Collector's Edition from PlayStation Direct [1] and received codes for the exclusive Zero Point emblem and Zero Point background items on launch day via email. However, when attempting to redeem the codes for the emblem and background on Bungie.net, I receive a message saying the code is invalid with a 2000 error code (screenshot attached).
There are multiple customers online reporting [2] [3] this issue as well. Someone on a Reddit thread [4] mentioned that PlayStation Support said to reach out to Bungie to get this resolved. I have not seen any indication that this is a known issue or being worked to be resolved. Please help?

I'm glad to see I'm not alone, I've been getting bounced back and forth between Playstation Support and Bungie Store Support and neither one will help me and claims I need to instead contact the other one. I get the exact same "Invalid Code. Please try again. (2000)" error with both of my Zero Step codes that I was emailed.
I also have this exact same issue.
PlayStation said, "We could confirm there is no issue with the codes, sadly they cannot be applied from our end since they have a special process to be applied directly in-game."
I've already tried different browsers, mobile, icognito mode. Still the same issue.
