Error Stingray xbox serie X

I bought the game three days ago now and I still can't play it. 
After launching the game, when it tries to sign me in, I have a red screen with error "stingray".

I tried every possible solution, chatted with Microsoft support online agent for an hour, full reset of my console, nothing fixed the problem.
Please help me.

    Also, this error code may appear if your Xbox Game Pass subscription has expired.

  • My Xbox live subscription is not expired and yearly paid. Microsoft support said there is absolutely no problem on their side.I went through all with them, following their test, trying to disconnect-reconnect my account, reset my router, reset my console, etc. It is not working. I ended up buying the game on my PS5 as well just to try and it's working perfectly well. 
    That being said, I would really like to be able to play on my Xbox as well... Please help.
