RE: Haven't received my Twitch drops

Description of Issue:
I’m having an issue with my Marathon Twitch Drops not appearing in my account.
I claimed the drops on Twitch more than 7 days ago, but they still have not appeared in-game. I have already tried unlinking and relinking my Twitch account from my Bungie account, but this did not resolve the issue.
The drops I am currently missing are:

Twitch Engine Weapon Skin
-
GLOWworm Weapon Sticker
-
WEAVEworm Background
-
SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit
My Twitch account was properly linked when I claimed the drops, and they all show as “Claimed” on Twitch, but they have not been delivered to my account.
If anyone else has experienced this issue or knows of a fix, I would appreciate any help.

We are aware of the issue with this Twitch Drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Sorry to ping without a solution but +1 because I'm in the exact same situation, except I have not got ANY of the Twitch rewards (0/8), despite also unlinking and relinking accounts last week, still nothing this week. I wish there was an easier non-forum way to report this and get assistance with it. Kind of ridiculous.
