DCONs not appearing on map in data drive quest

As the title notes, when doing the traxus contract where you get the data drive to deliver to the DCON, no DCONs appear on the map and the ones I have been able to find without a map don't appear to work. This has also happened with other DCON-related quests and at this point has near enough halted my progression. I have only been doing this in solo runs. I am on PC.
