Missing Twitch Drops After 48 Hours

It's been over 48 hours and no more of my twitch drops have came through. My account is linked correctly because I did recieve some (one's crossed in green.) Some way of redistributing people's missing drops would be helpful.

    Thank you for the report.

    We are aware of the issue with this Twitch Drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

    The same thing is happening to me (Bungie ID Wratheon#1314 and my platform is Steam). I have claimed all the server slam Twitch drops and all the release Twitch drops. However, I have only received some of those.

    Here are the drops I have received in-game as of now:

    • SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit
    • GLOWworm Weapon Sticker
    • Graffiti Bingus Emblem
    • Graffiti Bingus Sticker
    • White & Purple Weapon (Sniper)

    Here are the drops I have not received in-game as of now:

    • WEAVEworm Background
    • GraffitiBingus Background
    • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin (LMG)

    I had claimed all the drops during the time window for them to be claimed and I have my account linked correctly as shown below:

    Here's how my rewards page is showing on Bungie.net: for some reason it has not recognized some of the rewards even though I've claimed them, it only recognizes 5 out of the 8 from both drop phases:

    Please Bungie, fix this so I can have my nice worm background. It's the drop I wanted the most. Players supporting Marathon deserve to get the drops they claimed. I have tried troubleshooting by unlinking and relinking the accounts today, but without success.

    I have also disconnected, reconnected, and made sure things were claimed. It's been past 48 hours and some have come in, but no sign of these items that I claimed on Twitch. I checked my skins and not there, as some said they just appeared without mail. But for me, they never arrived in my account, and I never received them in the mail either.

    • White & Purple Weapon (Assuming it's the Longshot Sniper from the picture)

    I am also missing my twitch drops. I watched the 4 hours for the server slam and claimed everything I got no weave worm drops and I watched another 4 for the bingus cat drops and only received the stickers. I claimed it all on twitch. I'll be making my own post with the photos and proof but I hope they can help. I play on Xbox idk if that has something to do with the problem.
