Xbox Game Bar Clipping issue

I've been trying to use Xbox Game Bar game capture to record 15 second clips for Marathon, the setting will not enable at all and I cannot clip anything, It notably says "Gaming Features Not Available", I am able to do full recordings of the game through Xbox Game Bar which has worked perfectly fine however clipping seems to be disabled/broken. I was able to capture clips no problem in the Server Slam and every prior Playtest.

Pressing my key bind of Alt + Windows key + G pulls up the Game bar menu, I click the "Record Last 15 Seconds" button at the top left, the sub-menu drops down, I click enable, the sub-menu closes and clipping is still disabled

Just wanted to second this and say that I've also been having an identical issue on Windows 10. I hadn't played any other playtest so I can't say for sure there but I was certainly able to clip normally during the server slam at the end of feb. Sometimes when I try to check the box for gaming features, it will say that gaming features are unavailable for desktop and windows explorer, which seems to indicate that it could be some issue with detecting that the game is even open, from game bar's perspective. I've tried enabling in both windowed and full screen modes to no effect.
