Bad performance

I have terrible experience with performance. Ryzen 9800X3D+4080+32GB. Server Slam run buttery smooth even with DLAA 1440p!!! Now stuttering and lagging. I do not want to play. I tried everything. Latest drivers btw. No matter if you put DLSS to performance, DLAA or quality, same stuttering.
