I have not received my digital items from the Marathon Collector's Edition. What seems to be the issue?

According to the Collector's Edition FAQ, the code for the Marathon Collector’s Edition Bonus Cosmetics should be sent to your email starting on March 5th. If you have not received the email and have also double checked your spam folders, please submit a ticket with your order number to:
Once you get the code(s), they can be redeemed on the Bungie Code Redemption page.
If you have already done all of the above, please let us know.
