Game Crash Causing Lost Matches – Video Evidence Available (Xbox)
Hello,
I would like to report an issue that has caused me to lose several matches due to server crashes.
So far, I have lost 3 games where the same problem occurred. Every time I engaged in a fight, the server suddenly crashed and restarted, which caused the exfiltration to fail and my character to die.
I am playing on Xbox, and I have replay video recordings as evidence showing the crashes happening during combat.
This issue has directly resulted in lost progress and failed extractions. I would appreciate it if your team could review this situation and investigate the server stability during those matches.

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports about crashes occurring on Xbox and are currently investigating. In the meantime, please ensure the console's rear fans are well-ventilated and not obstructed.
