Where are the rewards for pre-ordering the Deluxe version of the game?

I pre-ordered the Deluxe version of the game, but I didn't receive any rewards, and I also didn't receive the premium pass! There is no voucher for a premium pass in the inventory. Additional silk was also not obtained. What was the money paid for?
