Still can't launch on Steam
I have tried everything I swear:
- Restarting Steam
- Uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game
- Uninstalling the game and reinstalling Battleye
- Running launcher and game as admin
- Resetting network drivers
- Closing all running programs
- Unplugging USB devices
- Updating graphics card drivers to latest version
- Updating windows to latest version
I'd appreciate being to able to play the game I bought y'all. It looks super fun and I was so excited to play it. Please help!

Please see our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide to ensure your system meets the current minimum specs. If it does, please try installing the game on another disk to rule out potential hardware issues.
Same issue here. list of things i've tried:
- verified integrity of game files
- ran game as admin
- clear steam cache
- disabled overlays (discord and nvidia)
- opened in windowed screen
- disabled vanguard
- updated drivers (and everything else)
- scrub and reinstall marathon
- scrub and reinstall steam
- don't have focusrite
- not sure where AVX is in my bios. (my pc is asus rog gr8 ii)
I'm having the same issue right now.
It keeps saying "Error code: paprika" and then the additional information says "W:8:00002EF1"
Not sure if you're getting that as well, but I really hope it gets fixed soon.
