Collectors edition digital items
I redeemed the codes for the digital items (collectors edition), but they do not appear in the game.
The Bungie website shows that they have been redeemed. But nothing happens in the game.

Thanks for reaching out.
Most likely, you'll need to check your Mailbox, which should notify you that the items in question have been redeemed. Following that, you'll be able to find them in Customizations for use.
Otherwise, for more information and troubleshooting, we recommend consulting this page, which goes into significant detail about the Collector's Edition.
Nothing is showing up.
1 - I redeemed the codes for the digital items (collectors edition)
2 - On bungie.net, my redemption history shows "marathon emblem" and "marathon background" with the date 05/03/2026.
3 - In the game, nothing shows up in the mailbox.
4 - In the game, nothing shows up in the customise profile.

i have the same issue. ive used the codes on the redemption portal and they appear in the history as redeemed but nothing has shown up in game in the mailbox or the customisation.
