Some Marathon Twitch Drops claimed but not received in game

The day after my original post I received GraffitiBingus Background in game, and a new entry (Profile Background) appeared on the Partner Rewards page:

Also, the entry that previously appeared as ###PartnerOffers.MarathonTwitchDropWVLProfile Emblem_Name### has now changed to Profile Emblem: Black Cat Spray.

I still have not received the following drops that are marked as claimed in my Twitch inventory:

  • WEAVEworm Background

  • White & Purple Weapon Skin

  • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin

Hello,

I’m having an issue with several Twitch Drops for Marathon.

My Twitch account has been linked to my Bungie account for a long time. Recently I watched streams and claimed several Marathon Twitch Drops.

However, not all claimed rewards appear on my Bungie Partner Rewards page.

According to my Twitch inventory, I successfully claimed the following drops:

  • White & Purple Weapon

  • Graffiti Bingus Sticker

  • GraffitiBingus Background

  • Graffiti Bingus Emblem

  • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin

  • GLOWworm Weapon Sticker

  • WEAVEworm Background

  • SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit

On the Bungie Partner Rewards page I can currently see the following entries:

  • Marathon Twitch Drop: Weapon Sticker: Black Cat RNR

  • ###PartnerOffers.MarathonTwitchDropWVLProfile Emblem_Name###

  • Marathon Twitch Drop: Profile Emblem: SMILEYworm

  • Marathon Twitch Drop: Weapon Sticker: GLOWworm

Ingame sittuation is the same - no backgrounds and no weapon skins.

Please help!

    Same issue, but I think I have an inkling why. I didn't sync my account properly until the very last drop so as of now i only have the sniper reflecting on my account but the emblem and such should also be there and are missing. The fact the purple sniper is there and the rest are missing leads me to believe its not a bulk player issue. Any way to remedy this?

    Same issue here. Any idea what the fix is? I want my gun skin! :)

    I'm having the same issue. All the rewards have appeared except for these two:

     

    • White & Purple Weapon

    • GraffitiBingus Background

     

    My buddy is missing the White & Purple Weapon as well, but has received everything else.

    I Haven’t received my backgrounds or weapons skins for both drop events
