Weird fps drops
I have a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X cpu and a Radeon RX 9060XT gpu and 32 gigs of ram. I can reach 60fps and the game will run 60 fps a fair amount of the time both in menus and in the world itself, but then I will also get drop downs to exactly 40fps. I thought it might be because the game is too intense but I surpass the recommended specs even and the frame drops seem to be random except for not happening during menus and looting. I can be in a gun fight with 60 fps or 40 fps and no correlation. I'm using Adrenalin 26.2.2 but idk what to do really.
