Kaspersky AV blocks the game connection, even after launch.

Description of Issue - The game won't login if you have Kaspersky AV. The only way is to disable the AV or unlist it from the protection.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Every.
Repro steps
1. Have Kaspersky AV
2. Tries to connect to the game.
3. You can't.
