I wanted to change the link account

I understand that you already changed the link account issue so that players can't unlink anymore. But recently I just got back to Bungie and wanted to play Marathon on both PS and PC. The reason for this is because I would prefer to play on PC but now with children and stuff I only have the time to play on console. The linked account is supposed to be an old Destiny account that I don't even play anymore, so you can delete that if needed. You know we have to buy ps+ to play on ps so I can't afford both the game and the ps+ and I don't really want to have multiple accounts. I'm hoping you would help me solve this problem.
