Location Where Player Can Get Stuck

I died on a stair case, and my reboot fell through. Once revived, my character was stuck behind the staircase and I could not move the rest of the raid.

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    • The map name and approximate location where this happened
