Constant Error code W:8:0002EE2

Cannot connect to the game, constant error code listed above, some attempts also return "Addition Information: 0 "

    We understand you're encountering a persistent error code. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. If you haven't yet done so, you may wish to see whether Network Troubleshooting resolves this error code.

    If the troubleshooting does not alleviate this error code, then please share the following with us for our investigation:

    • Your Bungie Account Name. Please include the four digits after the #.
    • The platform you play on.
    • Does this happen when launching the game? Or during the game itself?
    • The approximate date and time you began to experience this error code upon.
    • A linked screenshot of the error code.

    Once we have the above details, we will investigate this error code further.

    The error now persists in the full release

    Error happens during the sign in to the game
    Currently happening at 03/05/26 at 1pm Pacific
