Unable to untrack items

I am unable to untrack the items; the eye graphic always remains; when trying to untrack in the esc menu the tracked item would be duplicated there and trying to untrack either one would get rid of the duplicate but keep the first.

I had tracked several items, some in my vault, others in the shop. I had since logged out and updated the game, I have since been unable to untrack any of the items.
Items include: 8xs base backpack, MIPS rounds, surveillance lens, & unstable biomass

I have had ammo tracked since I tracked it and it is still tracked to this day
