i need help the game is shown me only the signing in loading screen like an 1h

    Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to log in to the game. Are you receiving any error codes or messages while trying to load the game, or is it just loading infinitely?

    Please also view our Network Troubleshooting Guide to clear out any possible networking issues that may be occurring.

    My friend is experiencing the same issue, endless signing in off the start screen... and animated art in the corner. Location is Australia, is there issues with international servers?
