Voice Chat 'on' reduces windows microphone levels when i speak.
*edit* Fixed it by going to the Advanced tab in my windows microphone properties and unchecking 'Enable audio enhancements'

when enabling voice chat in game it takes over my microphone levels in windows properties and repeatedly lowers the level volume in increments every time i speak.
it seems to be trying to attenuate or level me off to some desired low range?
as soon as i disable voice chat in game my microphone properties level resets to what i had before.

Fixed it by going to the Advanced tab in my windows microphone properties and unchecking 'Enable audio enhancements'
