Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
Please let us know if this QR code is still broken after the game launches on March 5th.
I found the same issue. Here are screen shots of the About credits menu with the QR code on PS5 and a screenshot of the resulting page on iOS when it's scanned.
(see attached images)
The QR code issue is fixed.
The link works and credits appear as intended.
