No item descriptions in game or armory
I have no item descriptions on anything when I hover over them in my armory or in loot containers in matches impossible to play the game if I dont know what anything is.

As a first step, could you please try clearing your console's cache via the steps in that section on this page? After that, if the issue still persists, please write back to us and include footage of the issue. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Also i have already deleted and re installed the game playing on ps5 BTW

So it would seem you're on controller, I figured this out by accident cause I was having the same issues, you have to make sure your stick dead zone isn't zero; even for hall effect sticks. Hope this helps
