Lost 45k loadout due to servers issue
I was playing night dire marsh, we killed a team have open the prestige key room and then went to exfil. After exfil for some reason i could spectate whole enemy team and i couldnt continue to run report, i could only leave a team. Without any choice i left and run to run report, then "still waiting" error apear and i was clicking "wait" all the time and due to no diffrence i clicked the other option and in the lobby it showed that i lost everything i got from this run.

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If you experience disconnects often, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide for further troubleshooting.
i didnt had issues with network but because of ur buns ass servers, instead of refund i want better stability of ur servers. And i wasnt the only one that had problem like that, but everyone at that hour. Not suprised people quit if servers are that bad and everyone waste their time because u guys spit this playerbase in the face
