Battle Eye bad package Error in middle of run
(This is a repost, not sure if my other one went through so I’m sorry if you’re seeing this twice)
Hello my tagline is puncils#3359. I was on a duo’s outpost run last night around 1-2 am CT using my last purple shield and misriah. We were in the middle of a heated 2v2v2 on flight control when a big red “Battle Eye bad package” Error popped up in the middle of my screen and kicked me. I then had to reload the game and finally loaded back in to find out I was already dead. I don’t mind losing stuff but losing my best things to an in game error sucks. How can I help prevent this and is there any way I can get my things refunded? I really just want my misriah and purple shield back as those are hard to come by. Thanks for the help!

If you continue to see this error, please try restarting your computer, making sure Windows is fully updated, launching Marathon normally through Steam, and testing on a wired connection if possible.
If you have any overlays or background apps running, please close them before launching again, including things like streaming or capture tools and hardware utilities, since those can sometimes interfere with BattlEye.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
