Spinach Error During Tutorial Despite Stable Connection and Following Network Troubleshooting Guides (Steam)

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with Marathon. Shortly after starting the tutorial, I consistently get the Spinach error and am disconnected from the game.

What's strange is that I don't have any connection problems with other games. I can play Destiny 2 without any issues, and every other online game I own works normally as well.

I've already followed the network troubleshooting guides provided by Bungie, including the recommended connection and port-forwarding steps, but unfortunately none of them resolved the problem.

    Error code SPINACH may occur when router settings block communications to or from Marathon services. We are investigating the impact on various devices. To attempt to resolve this error when using a Technicolor/Thomson router, please proceed through the following steps. 

    Players who continue to receive this error may want to follow the suggestions in our Network Troubleshooting Guide.

    Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring. I continue to receive the Spinach error shortly after starting the tutorial and am disconnected from the game.

    Since the suggested troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem, is there anything else I can try, or could this potentially be a game-side issue?
