No Compensation Kits Recieved

So started playing as soon as servers went live with the update with my squad... 

Played (or at least tried with all the issues) until servers went dark, and then waited out until servers went live again at 4am UK time. 

My other two team members and I have not received any of the compensation kits in the mail.

Are they still being distributed?
