Circuit Breaker description incorrectly details that the gun at base has 3 charge levels
The Circuit Breaker's description says that the gun can charge up to 3 Levels at Base, but this is incorrect. In game, the gun itself only charges to 2 levels before forcing the gun to fire. The Prestige Mod however details that it adds the 3rd level of charge, which is actually correct when testing.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear the wording in the V85 Circuit Breaker description has caused some confusion. Before I send this over to the developers for further review and clarification, would you be able to record a short clip showing how the weapon only charges twice without the mod?
