Game crashes on first loading screen ps5
I bought Marathon on PS5 a few days ago, but it crashes every time I try to launch the game. I can get as far as the title screen with 'press x to continue', but then it crashes on the next loading screen after a few seconds.
I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading the game, clearing the PS5 cache and rebuilding the database, and even factory resetting my PS5, but the game still crashes every time. All my other games work fine. Any ideas?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having stability issues when trying to play this particular game. It appears that most of the troubleshooting steps we'd recommend have already been attempted. Just in case the issue may be coming from some sort of connectivity issue that may then be causing you to be unable to log in and crash, can you give our Network Troubleshooting Guide a shot to see if it helps?
If that fails, to help us further investigate any issues that may be occurring, can you clarify if you are seeing any error codes before/when the game crashes? Can you also clarify if your PS5 receives any kind of error code when the game crashes?

Hi, thanks for the response. I didn't have any luck with the network troubleshooting. I'm not seeing any error code in the Marathon software, but the PS5 error code is CE-108255-1.
