Matchmaking bug that causes it to load forever, lost my Gold items and Outpost key.
I do hope you have a way to refund gear for those affected by this issue. It is very annoying and feels like a waste of time.
It's not our fault that matchmaking decides to take forever, we waited more than 30 minutes and force closing the game doesn't help before you guys suggest that.

We understand you experienced a matchmaking issue in Marathon. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this incident may have had. If you haven't already done so, then you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting. These steps have been known to prevent the recurrence of incidents such as that which you describe experiencing.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Please read the content of my post, we lost our stuff because we were all stuck in the matchmaking loading screen. There has been similar reports of this issue already, can’t believe this is blamed on us. Wow
