Hello Bungie,
For an extraction shooter with dedicated servers, this game has a terrible issue with server rollback/desync. In the link I provided above, I died due to desync when I was unlocking pinwheel. This type of experience is extremely frustrating. If I could at least get my gear back...

Hi there,
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
