CyAc Contracts broken with single pane showing "Contract Disabled: Oni has disabled this contract until further notice..."
Bungie Support Many players are experiencing CyAc contracts being locked out with a single pane showing "Contract Disabled: Oni has disabled this contract until further notice..."
- Where details are provided we are all reporting that a contract (consistently a contract to loot Tool Carts) was in-progress when we logged out, then set to this disabled state when we logged in the next day
- This behavior is inconsistent with the primary story contracts that were set to unavailable until we progressed further, this is not what is happening
- The contract card shows an "Activate" CTA similar to new contracts, but clicking the card does not do anything unless you navigate to another faction tab then back, at which point clicking the card makes a sound as though it's responding but the status does not change
- There is not consistency to the level at which players are experiencing this, only consistency in the contract they were on
- Players who are not experiencing this are still able to complete one contract after another with CyAc and have progressed well beyond many of our levels with these contracts, so there is not a level lock happening requiring us to complete other Faction contracts first
- All incidents seem to have begun on 3/13
There are many reports of this issue, some not yet responded to but many responded to with statements that this is intended behavior. This would be terrible user experience if it is intended behavior, but it seems broken, especially given the varying levels for CyAc and progressions across other factions for all reporting players--the consistent pattern is that we were on the CyAc contract for Tool Carts and we logged out or the game crashed with it in progress then we logged back in and it was set to this disabled state.

Count me in, same issue here... started 2 days ago too.
Thought it´s some daily/weekly limit, but it´s obviously not the case.
I hope it´s fixed soon, not being able to get major-upgrades sucks imo.
Excellent summery of the situation. Hopefully somebody on the dev team is passed this info and it's not dismissed as a misunderstanding of "generally this is intended game play mechanics". Having our progress blocked it leads to vault expansion really sucks, not to mention all of the heat upgrades.
I've been watching my friend pass by me while I've suffered getting no contracts. This is Definitely not intended and needs to be addressed. Makes me not want to play.
