Missing All Server Slam Rewards - Twitch Drops - Xbox Charms After Name Change Bug and Linking Overwrite - Nova#0609
My Bungie name is Nova#0609. It shows correctly in-game now, and both Xbox and Steam are linked on bungie.net.
I still have zero rewards in my Mailbox after 9 days since launch.
This is what happened:
I played the full Server Slam on Xbox. My name started as Nova#4654 from Destiny 2. It bugged to REDACTED#4654. Support gave me a name change token, and I set it to Nova again and got new numbers - #0609.
I then went and bought the Deluxe Edition on Steam. My Steam was not linked at first to Bungie.net, so for a few days, I was playing as Nova#8900 blissfully unaware they weren't linked properly. When I linked it on bungie.net, the system made me choose between Bungie profile progress or Steam profile progress. I picked Steam because I thought the Bungie side had zero progress from the bug. That seemingly overwrote the original Xbox Server Slam progress.
Now my name is fixed, and my account is linked, but no rewards ever showed up from Twitch, Server Slam, etc.
Missing items:
Server Slam play rewards: Complex Study emblem, Beta.exe background, all Arrival Caches based on my original Xbox Runner levels
Server Slam Twitch Drops: SMILEYworm emblem, WEAVEworm background, GLOWworm sticker, HMG Twitch Engine skin, Sponsored Kits
Launch Twitch Drops March 5 to 9: Pink Graffiti Bingus emblem background sticker, White and Purple Ballistic Sniper skin, another Sponsored Kit, Smol K.i.t.t.y. sticker
Xbox console exclusive Server Slam charms: Emerald Clutch and Emerald Catch
Since the name bug and linking overwrite caused all this hassle and delayed everything, could you also consider granting the Level 30 Deluxe Arrival Cache rewards as compensation? (The full blue one with deluxe/enhanced implants, runner cores for all shells, deluxe/enhanced chip mods, Deluxe Magnum, Enhanced Volley Rifle, Enhanced Base Backpack, etc.) I'd appreciate it after the runaround, as I've submitted a ticket but got told to do a forum post instead.
Please manually review my account history, including the original Xbox Server Slam play and the REDACTED bug and grant all missing rewards to Nova#0609.

Thank you for reaching out.
While we're sorry to hear of the frustration you've been dealing with, it sounds like you made the choice for Steam to be your source of Marathon progress. With that choice made, your Steam progress overwrote that of your Xbox account. Further, as you previously played the Server Slam and did all previous gameplay with Xbox, that would be where your rewards would have been sent. However, because you selected Steam as your Active Account in Marathon, those rewards are now lost, as they were with the Xbox progress. A warning about this is provided in our Cross Save Guide:
Unfortunately, with this choice made, the previous progress and rewards associated with it cannot be recovered.
