Deluxe Edition but did not receive premium pass


As the title says I bought the deluxe edition but did not receive the premium pass or anything. I let steam know but they said I should try to contact Bungie first. What am i to do?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Deluxe Edition/Pre-Order content. We'd received some reports of this issue and we have attempted to push through a fix. Please close the game fully, check to make sure you have the pack installed and relaunch the game. If you are still missing the content, please let us know!

  • If it's on steam going to your d. L c and unclick the pre order stuff.And then reload the game, and for some reason, it works
