So if you go into the steam d l c page and unclick the pre order items for some reason, it makes the deluxe edition work again. Just uncheck the pre-order DLC box in the DLC page and steam. It work...

If it's on steam going to your d. L c and unclick the pre order stuff.And then reload the game, and for some reason, it works
